What we collect
Information you give us. When you call, email, or fill out a form on this site, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, the property you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site keeps basic technical records when you visit, such as your internet address, the type of browser and device you use, and the pages you view. These records help keep the site running and secure. This site does not use advertising cookies.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your questions, help you buy, sell, or lease property, send you information you asked for, and follow up about your real estate plans. We also keep records the law and the Texas Real Estate Commission require of a brokerage.
We do not sell your information
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
With companies that help us run our business, such as our website host and our email provider, and only so they can do that work for us.
With people involved in your transaction, such as a lender, title company, inspector, or the other agent, when you ask us to or when your transaction needs it.
When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our brokerage, or others.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your request. We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
If you would like us to stop emailing you, reply and tell us, or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will stop promptly.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Contact us using the information below and we will respond.
Home search
The home search on this site is provided by iHomefinder. If you register to save homes or get listing alerts, iHomefinder keeps your name, email and phone number for us and handles that information under its own privacy policy. We use it only to send the alerts you asked for and to follow up with you. You can unsubscribe from any alert email at any time.
